LAST UPDATED: JULY 2, 2026 · SCOPE: THE REMOTIQ.DEV WEBSITE AND ITS WAITLIST
This page covers what happens with your data when you visit remotiq.app and join the beta waitlist. When the Remotiq beta opens for you, the product will have its own, more detailed privacy policy — published before you create an account.
Remotiq is an independent software project operated from Spain by its developer.
Privacy contact: hello@remotiq.app
Full legal identification (per Spanish LSSI requirements for commercial activity) will be published here when paid plans launch.
We use your email for exactly two things: to send you your beta invite and to send occasional updates about the beta (think one email every few weeks, not a drip campaign). The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a) — you gave it by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us.
Waitlist emails are stored in our email service provider, Loops (Loops, Inc., USA), which processes them on our behalf under its data processing agreement, relying on EU-approved safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) for the transfer. We do not sell your email, share it with anyone else, or use it to train anything.
Until the beta program ends, until you get your invite and create an account (the product policy takes over then), or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time: email hello@remotiq.app and we'll handle it — no forms, no friction. If you believe we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority.
